Gravy:
- Basic brown gravy (about 200 ml)
- Sausage (e.g., sliced smoked sausage or hot dogs)
Instructions
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are tender (about 15-20 minutes).2. Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
3. Add butter and milk or cream to the mashed potatoes. Mix well until the mash is smooth and fluffy. Season with salt to taste.
4. Prepare the gravy: heat the brown gravy in a saucepan and add the sliced sausage. Warm until the sausage is heated through.
