- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 4 garlic cloves

- 2-3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 lemon (peeled and sliced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or overnight.
