Ingredients:
- 4 whole grain wrap bases
- 200 g cooked and sliced chicken breast
- 1 dl hummus
- 1 dl fresh salad (such as iceberg lettuce or arugula)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1 dl grated carrot
- 1 dl cucumber (sliced)
- 50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place a wrap base on a flat surface.
2. Spread hummus evenly over the wrap.
3. Add sliced chicken breast, salad, tomato slices, grated carrot, and cucumber.
4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the fillings.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Tightly roll the wrap starting from one edge, tucking the fillings in as you go.
7. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
