Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli) - 100 ml cream
- 100 ml crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. 2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in olive oil in a pan until they are soft.
3. Add cream and crushed tomatoes to the pan. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce. Stir well to combine.
6. Add grated cheese and mix until the cheese melts.
7. Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh herbs.
