Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1.5 liters vegetable broth
- 200 g smoked fish (e.g., salmon or whitefish)
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
2. Heat the vegetable broth in a pot and add the diced potatoes and carrots. Cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the chopped zucchini and onion to the pot. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the smoked fish and cream. Mix well and heat the soup for a few more minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
