- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 300 g fresh broccoli
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Add the broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3-4 minutes before draining.
2. Drain the pasta and broccoli, and set aside.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the cooking cream to the skillet and mix well. Heat over low heat.
5. Combine the pasta, broccoli, and cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
