A delicious pan dish filled with flavors, combining perch, colorful vegetables, and a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g perch - 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pack of peas, corn, and bell peppers
- 1 can of Valio gardener's sauce
- 1 1/2 dl water
- Lemon pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add the perch to the pan and cook until the fish is cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
3. Add the peas, corn, and bell pepper mixture to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Pour in the Valio gardener's sauce and water, and mix well.
5. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Season with lemon pepper to taste and serve warm.
