A hearty and juicy beef tenderloin seasoned with Provençal herbs, served in a delicious sauce. Perfect for festive tables or special occasions. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 600 g beef tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- 250 ml red wine
- 200 ml beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear it in the pan until golden brown on all sides.
3. Add crushed garlic, thyme, rosemary, and Herbes de Provence to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the red wine and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and the sauce slightly thickens.
5. Remove the meat from the skillet and let it rest wrapped in foil for 10 minutes before slicing.
6. Serve sliced with the sauce drizzled over.
