Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef tenderloin - 4 garlic cloves
- 800 g potatoes
- 100 g butter
- 200 g vegetables (e.g., carrots, broccoli)
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Sear the meat in a hot pan with olive oil until browned on all sides.
3. Transfer the meat to a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, until it reaches your desired internal temperature.
4. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes, until they are tender.
5. Prepare the garlic butter by melting the butter in a pan, adding crushed garlic, and stirring well.
6. Cook the vegetables by boiling or steaming them until tender.
7. Serve the roasted beef sliced, accompanied by garlic potatoes, garlic butter, and vegetables.
