Ingredients:
- Cabbage (green cabbage)
- Carrot
- Red-skinned apple
- Onion
- Lemon juice
- Mayonnaise
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
2. Grate the carrot coarsely.
3. Dice the red-skinned apple into small cubes.
4. Finely chop the onion.
5. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
6. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise to the mixture.
7. Season with pepper and mix well.
8. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.
