Ingredients:

- ½ head of cabbage
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- Seasonings to taste
- 2½ liters of water
- 8 potatoes
- 400 g ground beef
- 3 beef bouillon cubes

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
2. Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
3. Bring the water to a boil and add the cabbage, carrots, and potatoes along with the beef bouillon cubes.
4. In a separate pan, brown the ground beef and onion together.
5. Once the vegetables are nearly tender, add the browned beef and onion mixture to the soup.
6. Season to your liking and let it simmer for a little longer.
7. Serve hot.
