Quick Cabbage Rolls

Delicious cabbage rolls made quickly in a muffin tin, without the need to cook rice separately. The result is juicy rolls that are sure to delight. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 6 rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 large cabbage - 2 dl rice
- 400 g ground meat (beef or pork)
- 1 onion
- 2 dl crushed tomatoes
- 1 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Carefully peel the cabbage leaves and place them in boiling water for about 5 minutes until they soften. 2. Chop the onion and mix it with the ground meat, rice, crushed tomatoes, water, salt, and spices in a bowl.
3. Remove the cabbage leaves from the water and gently dry them.
4. Place a cabbage leaf in each muffin tin cavity and spoon the filling into the center of each leaf.
5. Fold the edges of the cabbage leaf over the filling and place the rolls in the muffin tin.
6. Cover the rolls with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
7. Melt the butter and mix in the maple syrup. Brush this mixture over the rolls during the last 10 minutes of baking.
