Ingredients:
- 1 large cabbage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the cabbage into four wedges.
2. Preheat a grill pan or grill to medium heat.
3. Brush the cabbage wedges with olive oil on both sides.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Grill the cabbage wedges for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and slightly tender.
6. Serve warm with lemon juice if desired.
