A delicious and nutritious cabbage and vegetable casserole, perfect for a vegan diet and great as a side dish or main course.

Ingredients:

- 2 carrots
- Black pepper
- Marjoram
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 dl vegetable broth
- 1 dl soy mince
- 2 tbsp syrup
- 1 small cabbage
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Soak the soy mince in water for about 30 minutes, then drain.
2. Sauté the onion in a pan until soft. Add the soy mince and allow it to brown.
3. Slice the cabbage and carrots into strips and add them to the pot. Let them simmer for a moment.
4. Combine the sautéed onions and soy mince with the cabbage and carrots.
5. Pour the vegetable broth and soy sauce over the mixture. Add syrup, black pepper, and marjoram to taste.
6. Let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve warm.
