Ingredients:

- Crisp salad leaves (such as romaine or iceberg lettuce)
- 200 g cooked and chopped chicken or tofu
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 bell pepper, julienned
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley)
- Dressing (such as yogurt or tahini dressing)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse and pat dry the salad leaves gently.
2. Prepare the fillings: chop the chicken or tofu, slice the avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
3. Take one salad leaf and add your desired amount of fillings in the center.
4. Add fresh herbs and drizzle with dressing.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Wrap the salad leaf tightly around the fillings and serve immediately.
