Fresh Baby Leaf Salad from Piltin Garden

A refreshing and healthy salad perfect for summer meals, made with fresh baby leaf greens. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g baby leaf salad
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the baby leaf salad in cold water and drain well.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the cucumber.
3. Peel and slice the avocado.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle the dressing on top. Gently toss to combine.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh salad!
