A delightful berry roll made with eggs, cream, and a mix of strawberry and raspberry preserves. Perfect for dessert!

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 dl cream
- 2 dl milk
- 1 dl strawberry jam
- 1 dl raspberry jam
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add in the cream, milk, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
4. Stir in the potato starch until you have a smooth batter.
5. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until set.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a moment.
8. Spread the strawberry and raspberry jams evenly over the cooled base.
9. Roll the base tightly into a log and refrigerate for a while to firm up.
10. Slice into pieces and serve, optionally with ice cream.
