A delicious creamy mushroom pasta that's quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the pasta water.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Allow it to simmer for a moment until the mixture thickens slightly.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
8. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
