This delicious roll cake is perfect for festive occasions. The fillings can be prepared in advance, making it easy to decorate the cake.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Serving size: 10-12 pieces

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl flavored quark (such as vanilla or fruit quark)
- 1 dl fruits (such as banana or strawberry)
- 1 dl berries (such as blueberries or raspberries)
- 2 dl heavy cream
- Small Easter eggs for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease and flour a baking tray.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
3. Mix the flour and baking powder, then gently fold them into the egg mixture.
4. Pour the batter into the baking tray and spread it evenly.
5. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
6. Turn the baked base onto a sheet of parchment paper and remove from the tray.
7. Allow to cool for a moment, then cut the base in half.
8. Mix the quark with the fruits and berries. Spread the filling over the base.
9. Roll the cake tightly and wrap it in cling film. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
10. Whip the heavy cream and decorate the rolled cake with whipped cream and small Easter eggs before serving.
