Serving Size: 8-10 slices
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1/2 dl Semper gluten-free flour
- 1/2 dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Jam for filling
- Whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy and light in color.
3. In a separate bowl, combine Semper gluten-free flour, potato flour, and baking powder.
4. Gently fold the dry mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
5. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
7. Carefully turn the baked cake out onto a new piece of parchment paper and remove the original parchment paper.
8. Spread a layer of jam evenly over the surface of the cake, then add a layer of whipped cream.
9. Roll the cake tightly using the parchment paper to guide you.
10. Allow the rolled cake to cool before slicing and serving.
