This delicious vegetable pizza recipe is a perfect alternative for a light meal or snack. Crispy crusts and colorful vegetables will delight your taste buds!

Serving Size: 8 small pizzas

Ingredients:

- 2 dl water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 2 dl shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 dl peas
- 1 onion, sliced
- Oregano to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Warm the water until it is lukewarm and mix in the dry yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each part into a thin pizza crust.
6. Place the crusts on parchment paper and spread the tomato sauce on top.
7. Add the shredded cheese and vegetables on top of the pizza. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
8. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
