Description: Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with cream cheese and topped with crispy bacon, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients:
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1 package of pepper and onion cream cheese
- Approximately 1 cup of diced ham
- Bacon, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
2. Fill each mushroom cap with the pepper and onion cream cheese.
3. Top the filled mushrooms with diced ham.
4. Cut the bacon into small pieces and place them on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish.
6. Bake at 200°C (about 400°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
7. Serve warm.
