A delightful assortment of cheeses and accompaniments for a perfect appetizer.

Serving Size: Serves 6-8

Ingredients

- 100 g Bread
- 300 g Orange-flavored cream cheese
- 300 g Cream cheese
- Black-label Emmental cheese
- 1 dl Oat cookies
- 150 g Dates
- 8 slices of Figs
- 6 slices of Brie cheese
- 50 g Blue cheese
- Gingerbread cookies with syrup
- Nuts

Instructions

1. Prepare a serving platter and arrange the bread, gingerbread cookies, and oat cookies on it.
2. Add the dates and fig slices to the platter.
3. Remove the cheeses (except for the cream cheese) from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about two hours before serving.
4. Arrange the cheeses beautifully on the platter.
5. Add the nuts to the offering.
6. Serve the cheese platter as is or with your favorite accompaniments.
