A refreshing cheese salad that combines apples, Emmental cheese, and pickles. A great side dish or a lighter main course.

Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 100 ml cream
- Vinegar (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Cut the Emmental cheese into small cubes.
2. Peel and dice the apples into small cubes.
3. Chop the pickled cucumber into small pieces.
4. Whip the cream lightly.
5. Add vinegar, sugar, and salt to the cream to taste, and mix well.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine.
7. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator before serving.
