Ingredients:
- Coeur du Lion Brie cheese
- Authentic feta cheese
- Finnish cottage cheese
- Iceberg lettuce
- Wild arugula
- Fresh basil
- Tomato
- Cucumber
Instructions:
1. Wash and prepare the vegetables: dice the tomato and cucumber into small cubes.
2. Tear the leaves of the iceberg lettuce and wild arugula, and place them in a large bowl.
3. Add the diced tomatoes and cucumbers to the bowl.
4. Cut the different cheeses into cubes and add them to the salad.
5. Tear fresh basil into the salad and gently mix all the ingredients together.
6. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
