A refreshing and delicious cheese salad, perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp light cream cheese
- 1 green bell pepper
- Lettuce leaves (e.g., iceberg)
- 6 slices of fresh baguette
- 1 red onion
- Water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 0.5 cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- 180 g feta cheese (8% fat)
- 10 black olives
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Tear the lettuce leaves into a bowl.
2. Cut the tomatoes, slice the cucumber and red onion.
3. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper to the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
5. Add the black olives.
6. In a small bowl, mix the light cream cheese, vinegar, black pepper, and oil.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
8. Serve with fresh baguette.
