Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or fettuccine)
- 300 g beef fillet
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Slice the beef fillet into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and quickly fry the beef strips until cooked. Set aside.
4. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper and zucchini.
5. If needed, add a little more oil to the pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the bell pepper and zucchini, cooking until softened.
6. Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese with the vegetables, mixing well. If necessary, add a bit of reserved pasta water for a creamier sauce.
7. Add the cooked beef strips and pasta to the pan, tossing everything together and heating for a moment.
8. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
