A delicious cheese fondue that combines the richness of Emmental and Gruyere cheese with a kick from chili. Perfect for gatherings or a relaxing dinner with friends. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 250 g grated Emmental cheese - 200 g grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 large garlic clove
- 300 ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp chili powder (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread cubes and vegetables for serving
Instructions
1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the garlic clove. 2. Add the white wine to the pot and heat over low heat until it starts to steam.
3. Mix the cornstarch with the lemon juice and pour the mixture into the wine. Stir well.
4. Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
5. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Serve the fondue warm with bread cubes and vegetables.
