Ingredients:

- 2 cans of ready-made croissant dough (such as Danoroller)
- Approximately 150 g shredded cheese (e.g., Polar)
- 150 g gravlax (cured salmon)
- 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Open the croissant dough cans and roll out the dough into sheets if necessary.
3. Cut the dough into triangles.
4. Place a generous amount of shredded cheese at the base of each triangle.
5. Add a slice of gravlax on top of the cheese.
6. Roll the dough tightly into a croissant shape and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Brush the croissants with the egg mixture.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the croissants are beautifully golden brown.
9. Let them cool for a moment before serving.
