A soothing and warming drink made with turmeric and ginger, perfect for boosting immunity and fighting off colds.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 cup

Ingredients:

- 2 dl milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 tsp freshly grated turmeric
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat, but do not let it boil.
2. Add the grated turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and cinnamon (if using).
3. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the drink into a glass.
5. Add honey and stir until fully dissolved.
6. Enjoy warm as a cold-fighting beverage!
