A warm, spiced drink that helps combat colds, made with fresh turmeric and ginger, seasoned with festive gingerbread spice. Perfect for cozy weekend mornings.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice (or cinnamon)
- 1-2 teaspoons honey (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not bring to a boil.
2. Add the grated turmeric, ginger, and gingerbread spice to the milk. Stir well.
3. Allow the mixture to warm for a few minutes, until all flavors are combined.
4. Strain the drink into cups to remove the solids.
5. Sweeten with honey and stir well.
