A delightful combination of organic breads including rye, mixed grain, and raisin bread, perfect for homemade enjoyment!
Preparation Time: 3 hours (including rising times)
Serving Size: 2 loaves

Ingredients:

- 500 g organic all-purpose flour
- 200 g organic brown sugar
- 300 ml water
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 10 g salt
- 100 g organic rye flour
- 50 g organic honey
- 50 g dried raisins (for raisin bread)
- 100 g mixed seeds (for mixed grain bread)

Instructions:

1. Dissolve the fresh yeast and brown sugar in room-temperature water.
2. Add the organic all-purpose flour and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is elastic.
4. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. If desired, incorporate raisins or seeds into the dough.
6. Shape the dough into two loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Let the loaves rise again for 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
9. Bake the loaves in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
10. Allow the loaves to cool before slicing.
