A delicious creamy pasta with fresh spinach sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until soft.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in the cream and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
