Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 100 ml BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder evenly.
3. Place the ribs on the grill, close the lid, and grill for about 1.5 hours, turning occasionally.
4. In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and honey together.
5. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture 15 minutes before the grilling time is up.
6. Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
