These pasta rolls are packed with flavor and easy to make. Perfect for dinner or a festive table. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne) - 200 g ricotta cheese
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 dl fresh basil leaves
- 1 dl diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. 2. In a bowl, mix together ricotta, Parmesan, basil, diced tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Lay the pasta rolls on a flat surface and place 1-2 tablespoons of the filling on top of each pasta piece.
4. Roll the pasta tightly and place them in a baking dish.
5. Pour the tomato sauce over the rolls and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
7. Let cool for a moment before serving.
