Ingredients:
- 100 g goat cheese - 100 g blue cheese
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1 dl dried cranberries
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 2 apples (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 1 head of lettuce (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Gingerbread cookies for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and arrange it on a serving platter. 2. Slice the apples thinly and place them on top of the lettuce.
3. Crumble the goat cheese, blue cheese, and cheddar cheese over the salad.
4. Sprinkle dried cranberries and nuts on top of the salad.
5. In a bowl, mix honey and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and gently toss to combine.
7. Garnish with gingerbread cookies and serve immediately.
