This warm and spiced chai cocoa is the perfect drink for the holiday season. The combination of chocolate and chai spices creates a cozy and delicious flavor experience.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon chai spice blend (or a mix of cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and cardamom)
- A pinch of salt
- Whipped cream (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat the water and milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the cocoa powder, sugar, chai spice blend, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are dissolved.
3. Allow the mixture to heat through, but do not let it boil.
4. Pour the finished cocoa into coffee cups and top with whipped cream if desired.
