Ingredients
- 1 cup water - 1 tablespoon tea (e.g., Earl Grey)
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Cinnamon (for sprinkling on top)
Instructions
1. Boil the water in a saucepan, then add the tea, spices, and sugar. 2. Pour in the milk and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Strain the tea and pour it into cups.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the tea.
