Ingredients:

- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g green beans
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut them into suitable-sized pieces.
2. Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water for about 15 minutes, until they are tender.
3. Add the green beans to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
5. Add the cream and butter to the pot. Stir well until the butter has melted and all ingredients are combined.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
