- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 200 g chocolate (dark or milk)
- 150 g nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 300 g dried fruits (e.g., raisins, apricots)
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line baking trays with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream together the room-temperature butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Gradually add the dry mixture and milk to the butter mixture, alternating between them, until a smooth batter forms.
5. Melt the chocolate and stir it into the batter. Fold in the nuts and dried fruits.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared trays and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the baked goods are cooked through.
