Ingredients:
- 100 g powdered sugar (20 g dark brown sugar)
- 2 sticks or 1 tsp ground cinnamon (lightly crushed)
- 250 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 20 g butter or margarine
- 250 ml water
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the water, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add the chopped dark chocolate to the mixture and stir continuously until the chocolate has completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
3. Stir in the butter or margarine until melted and the sauce is silky.
4. Allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving. It can be used over ice cream, jellies, or puddings.
