- 1 cauliflower - 1 small red cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper (preferably red)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 dl yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. 2. Shred the red cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper into thin strips.
3. Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.
4. Shape the avocado into Santa's head: cut it in half and create eyes and a mouth using other vegetables.
5. Prepare the dip by mixing cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
6. Arrange all the vegetables beautifully on a platter, placing the avocado Santa's head in the center and serve the dip on the side.
