Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (200 g) arborio rice- 4 cups (1 liter) milk
- 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Almond (optional)
- Cinnamon and sugar for serving
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice in cold water using a sieve.2. Pour the rice into a pot and add the milk, salt, and cinnamon stick.
3. Heat the mixture until it boils, stirring well, then reduce the heat.
4. Let the porridge simmer on low heat for about 40-50 minutes, until the rice is soft and the porridge is thick.
5. Remove the cinnamon stick and stir in the sugar. Mix well.
6. If desired, you can add one whole almond to the porridge for a fun surprise when serving!
7. Serve the porridge warm, topped with cinnamon and sugar.
