Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl cold coffee
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Pour the cold coffee into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
6. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir until the batter is smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or top it with chocolate frosting.
