Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle) - 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., chanterelles)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water. 2. Chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes.
3. Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and sauté until they soften and gain some color.
4. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and season with salt and black pepper.
7. Serve the dishes in the glow of autumn candles and garnish with fresh parsley.
