A delicious coffee cake that combines butter, sugar, and orange-flavored dark chocolate, creating the perfect flavor experience to accompany your coffee.

Serving Size: 10-12 pieces

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3½ dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g orange-flavored dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
4. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, instant coffee) and the chopped chocolate.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes.
8. Let the cake cool slightly before inverting it. Decorate with white chocolate if desired.
