A delicious and elegant appetizer featuring smoked salmon and avocado on toasted bread. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g cold-smoked salmon fillet
- 100 g cream cheese (e.g., chive flavor)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 avocado
- 4 slices of toast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg) for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Thinly slice the avocado.
3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the toasted bread.
5. Arrange the slices of cold-smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
6. Add the avocado slices over the salmon.
7. Garnish the plates with lettuce and serve immediately.
