A delightful seafood mousse made with fresh crayfish, perfect as an appetizer.

Ingredients:
- 200 g crayfish (cooked and peeled)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crostini for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the crayfish, cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill.
2. Whip the heavy cream lightly until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the crayfish mixture.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spoon the mousse into small serving dishes or spread it on crostini.
5. Garnish with a sprig of dill and serve immediately.
