A delicious and festive peach dessert that combines sweet peaches, refreshing quark, and smooth vanilla cream. Perfect for celebrations or everyday enjoyment. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 can of quark (about 400 g)
- 1 can of whipped vanilla cream (about 400 g)
- 1 can (415 g) of canned peaches
- 150 g of marzipan
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Drain the canned peaches and chop them into small pieces.
2. Crumble the marzipan into a bowl.
3. Add the quark, whipped vanilla cream, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
4. Gently fold in the chopped peaches, being careful not to break them apart.
5. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and, if desired, garnish with whipped cream or almond flakes.
6. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
