A sweet and refreshing peach curd that is perfect as a dessert or snack. Preparation time is about 15 minutes, and it serves 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (250 g) of cottage cheese
- 1 can (300 g) of whipped vanilla cream
- 1 can (450 g) of canned peaches
- 150 g of marzipan
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/2 dl of sugar
Instructions:
1. Drain the canned peaches and cut them into small pieces.
2. Crumble the marzipan into a bowl and add the cottage cheese, whipped vanilla cream, lemon juice, and sugar.
3. Mix the ingredients well until the mixture is smooth.
4. Gently fold the peach pieces into the mixture.
5. Spoon the curd into serving dishes and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
